Whether you are here for a leisurely breakfast, a composed dinner, or a late-night drink, the atmosphere is designed to feel elegant without ever becoming formal for its own sake.
The kitchen is led by Executive Chef Aleksandar Simjanovski, with a menu shaped by seasonal produce, Mediterranean and French technique, and a curated wine and cocktail selection.

Breakfast, dinner, and the table in between.
The breakfast was genuinely impressive โ fresh, varied, and beautifully presented. It set the tone for the whole stay. We came back for dinner on our last night and it was just as good. The kitchen clearly takes pride in what they put on the plate.
We had dinner at the restaurant and it was the highlight of our stay. The food was fresh, the portions were generous, and the service was attentive without being intrusive. The Mediterranean dishes in particular were outstanding โ we will be back just for those.
Excellent food. The lunch menu was well thought out โ not too large, not too narrow. Everything we ordered arrived fresh and tasted exactly as described. The dining room is calm and well-presented. A proper restaurant, not just a hotel add-on.
We stayed three nights and ate at the restaurant every evening. The menu changed slightly each day, which was a nice touch. The staff were warm and the wine list was well curated. It is rare to find food this consistent at a hotel โ genuinely enjoyable every time.
