The breakfast was exactly right — proper eggs, fresh bread, strong coffee. The omelette in particular was outstanding. Exactly what you need before a long drive south.

We ordered the seafood risotto and the black risotto — both were outstanding. The pasta was clearly homemade, you could taste the difference immediately. Proper restaurant quality, not hotel catering.

The Rib Eye was cooked precisely to medium-rare and the mushroom sauce was exceptional. For a hotel in Gevgelija, the meat quality and preparation were honestly impressive.

Great cocktail list — the Paint It Black cocktail was a fun touch. The wine selection is very good for the price, with several excellent Macedonian labels alongside international options.
